Post Malone

Creative Direction for Post Malone’s live performance series created in support of the release of his smash album AUSTIN. Our production was staged in the liminal space of a suburban Los Angeles home and featured hit singles OVERDRIVE, GREEN THUMB and SOMETHING REAL

With production design by Tyler Jensen and photography by Zoe Simone-Yi our approach focused on utilizing the bones of our iconic mid century Californian home, filling the interior with rich period detail and bespoke lighting design while stripping the exteriors down to the bare minimum and then cantilevering a massive lighting rig over the roof of the house.

Post was in rare form throughout the twelve hour shoot delivering his final performance on the actual roof of the house, wearing cowboy boots and tight jeans while held in place by carefully rigged safety lines and the actual grace of God.
